Our Community

Here at Nittany Co-Op, we are dedicated to Bringing Our Community Together. As a non-profit cooperative, our primary goal is to help fellow non-profit organizations reduce their operational expenses enabling them to utilize their resources to execute their own missions. We aim to help foster a sustainable community; both environmentally and economically. By bringing individuals, groups and local businesses together, we can build a successful cooperative community.

Making a Difference

Moving forward, we are opening up our cooperative circle to offer more benefits and solutions throughout Centre County to both Members and Vendors.   Nittany Co-Op can be the central hub in connecting students with year-round residents on many fronts to better the local community as a whole.  Contact us today to see how being a part of Nittany Co-Op will make a positive difference for you!

Providing Solutions

Your Nittany Co-Op membership will facilitate your organization's success. We can help reduce the workload which often seems a burden to the very nature of your goals. As a solution provider, we can decrease operational expenses, improve productivity, streamline your financial responsibilities, offer physical plant solutions, simplify procurement of goods and services, coordinate major events and provide tangible benefits to your individual members.

Membership is the Heart

Nittany Co-Op has been serving the Centre County community as a non-profit purchasing cooperative since 1967. Previously known as FPA Cooperative Purchasing, we are currently expanding our membership base in order to provide our discounts, bill consolidation services and other operational resources to more non-profit, faith-based, Greek and other tax-exempt organizations than ever before. Here at Nittany Co-Op, our Membership is the Heart of what we do.  As a non-profit ourselves, our primary goal is to help fellow not-for-profit organizations operate as efficiently and effectively as possible in order to maximize their potential in serving the local community.
